Final pricing may vary based on conditions discovered during the remediation process. A formal contract will be provided before work begins, detailing scope, pricing, and timeline. Work commences only upon signed authorization from the property owner or authorized representative.
Scheduling and Availability
We strive to accommodate requested service dates and times. Emergency services are available 24/7 with response times typically under 60 minutes. However, service availability may be affected by weather conditions, demand, and other factors beyond our control. Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and insurance assignments where applicable. For insurance claims, we work directly with your insurance company. Any deductibles or non-covered amounts are the responsibility of the property owner.
Warranty and Guarantees
Gators Mold Medic provides a 1-year workmanship warranty on remediation services. This warranty covers the specific areas treated and work performed, provided that the underlying moisture source has been properly resolved. The warranty does not cover mold recurrence caused by new water intrusion, unresolved moisture issues, or conditions not addressed in the original scope of work.
Limitation of Liability
Gators Mold Medic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for damage to personal property that was not properly removed or protected prior to service, or for pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the time of assessment.
